3. What data do we process?

Only what you give us: identification and contact details (name, email, telephone), the dates of your possible stay, and the content of your message. We do not process special categories of data, and we do not collect information you have not provided.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required. We rely on providers who act as data processors, on our instructions:

• Web hosting: Vercel Inc. (United States), under the Standard Contractual Clauses and its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Email: the email provider associated with our domain.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, the communication is handled through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to its own terms and safeguards.

5. International transfers

Some of our technology providers are located outside the European Economic Area (our hosting provider in the United States, for example). In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by law: the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, adequacy frameworks such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:

• Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
• Objection and restriction of processing.
• Portability of your data.
• Withdrawal of any consent you have given us.

To exercise them, write to us at livingonereservas@icloud.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) .

7. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If we find that we have received data from a minor without the necessary authorisation, we will delete it.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (Art. 32 GDPR), including encryption of the connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version that applies is always the one published on this page.
