Peace is our main product, and it starts with the location: up high, away from the bustle of the centre. The silence, the timings and the spaces we look after afterwards, the way you look after something fragile.

Up high, between the castle and the sierra
Living One isn't in the centre, and that distance is part of the rest. The building stands at the top of a hill, with an orientation that would be hard to improve on: to the left, the castle of Peñíscola cut out above the old town; straight ahead, the Mediterranean wide open; to the right, the Sierra de Irta nature park.
Close enough to the town to walk down whenever you feel like it. High enough for the bustle to stay below. From up here the silence arrives on its own, and the calm needs no manufacturing: the place provides it.
A place that was already Living One before it had the name
The brand's turquoise wasn't designed in an agency. It was already on the walls of the building, waiting. The monstera by the entrance grew on its own. The sea you see from every terrace has been there for centuries. All we did was pay attention, and give a name to what this place already was.
